Fated Wind

I'm not sure if there is a guide involving this, but I want to move my city to the Eastern Peninsula from the Whispering Wasteland and I was wondering if there was a quick way to get a Fated Wind rather than waiting till I find it in a box. Also would it just be in a box you find in a wasteland, if there is no alternative?

Other than buying them with jcredits (real money) they are a random drop from invading wilderness as far as im aware, just luck of the drops.

But you can look up wilderness drops for different lvl wilds to get an idea what to invade
