what is the difference between garrison info and army info on reports?

GARRISON INFORMATION
Is the lvl of legends in the city and the troops they are holding.
ARMY INFORMATION
Is the troops they have built spare.
If they have ticked auto fill on the legend then this is the troops that will refill their legends. Is something everyone should do if you want to fight.
But remember if you are overwhelmed by an atacker sometimes is better to fortify your defence and keep your soliders, check out guides
